Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Turkey. As a leader in surveying equipment and agricultural machinery sales, we are looking for someone who is passionate about expanding our market presence and developing strong relationships with distributors and key customers.

Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in Turkey.
2.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential distributors.
3.Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
4.Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and customer needs.
5.Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials.
6.Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
7.Travel within Turkey and occasionally abroad for trade shows and customer visits.

Requirements:
1.Diloma OR Bachelor’s degree.
2.Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the surveying equipment or agricultural machinery industry.
3.Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
4.Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish; additional languages are a plus.
5.Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
6.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
